Stress, Anxiety and Burnout

Chronic stress, anxiety and burnout can be signs of a nervous system that has been in a prolonged state of alert.

Restore balance to body and mind.

When the nervous system begins to regulate, it becomes possible to experience real changes in daily life, such as:

  • Feeling calmer and more emotionally stable
  • Reducing anxiety and constant tension
  • Being able to relax and rest more easily
  • Having greater mental clarity and energy throughout the day
  • Responding to stressful situations in a more balanced way

Emotional Regulation and Mental Wellbeing

For some people, emotions can become difficult to manage. Persistent irritability, ongoing sadness, or a sense of emptiness may arise, even without a clear cause.

Develop a more stable relationship with your emotions.

When the body and mind learn to regulate emotional states more effectively, meaningful changes can occur, such as:

  • Greater emotional balance
  • Reduced reactivity to intense emotions
  • Increased ability to manage difficult feelings with confidence
  • Less irritability and emotional overwhelm
  • More inner space to understand and process what you feel

Sleep, Body and Dysregulated Habits

When the nervous system remains in a constant state of alert, both the body and daily habits can be affected — difficulty falling asleep, non-restorative sleep, or automatic behaviours that drain energy. Often, the issue is not only the sleep or the habit itself, but the underlying state of internal activation.

Restore rest and physical balance.

By working with the body and the nervous system, it becomes possible to create gradual and lasting change, including:

  • Improved sleep and more restorative rest
  • Reduced tension and accumulated fatigue
  • Development of more conscious and balanced habits
  • Increased energy and mental clarity
  • A renewed sense of physical and emotional wellbeing

Relationships, Self-Esteem and Repetitive Patterns

Many people notice recurring patterns in their relationships or in how they relate to themselves. This can lead to difficulty setting boundaries, fear of rejection, or self- sabotaging behaviours, even when there is awareness of these patterns.

Create more conscious and balanced relationships.

When these patterns are explored in a safe space, new ways of relating can emerge, leading to meaningful changes such as:

  • Setting clearer and healthier boundaries
  • Reducing self-sabotage and emotional dependency
  • Developing greater confidence and self-worth
  • Improving the quality of relationships
  • Responding more consciously, rather than reacting automatically

Performance, Focus and Internal Blocks

Some people know what they want and feel motivated, yet experience internal blocks. Difficulty concentrating, procrastination, or performance-related anxiety can arise, even in the absence of a lack of ability.

Strengthen focus and inner motivation.

When internal balance is restored, it becomes easier to act with clarity and consistency, leading to changes such as:

  • Improved concentration and focus
  • Reduced procrastination and mental blocks
  • Lower performance-related anxiety
  • Increased motivation and energy to take action
  • Greater consistency with less emotional strain

Core Techniques

My work is guided by a structured approach, centred on nervous system regulation and emotional safety. The techniques used are carefully selected and tailored to each individual, according to their specific needs.

Clinical and Regression Hypnosis

Clinical hypnosis is a state of focused awareness that allows access to the subconscious, emotional patterns, and past experiences in a safe and controlled way. It is an effective tool for internal reorganisation, always applied with ethics, consent, and the client remaining fully in control.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

EFT, also known as Tapping, combines gentle body stimulation with emotional focus, helping to reduce the intensity of states such as anxiety, tension, or difficult memories. It is a structured technique that supports self-regulation.

IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy)

IEMT uses specific eye movements to work with emotional responses and identity patterns linked to past experiences. It is a focused and brief approach that helps shift the way the brain processes certain memories and behavioural patterns.
