About Me
I am Belgian-Brazilian, and my initial academic background is in Economics and Political Science, with studies in England, France, and Belgium. This path gave me a strong foundation in analysis, structure, and rigour — elements that I believe are essential in my therapeutic practice today.
From 2020 onwards, I chose to deepen my focus on clinical hypnosis and psychology. Since then, I have continuously invested in training and certifications recognised across Europe and the United States.
My work as a hypnotherapist is grounded in method, ethics, and deep respect for each individual. I work with a thorough understanding of how the nervous system functions, emotional regulation, and the unconscious processes that can negatively impact our lives.
I believe that sustainable change happens when there is a safe space, tailored to each person, where the right tools can be applied effectively. This is the space I offer in my clinical work.
In my practice, I meet many people who arrive feeling deeply tired. Tired of repeating the same patterns, of feeling stuck in difficult emotions, or of trying to change without success. Many have already reflected, analysed, and understood a great deal about themselves — and yet their body remains tense, their mind unsettled, and their heart heavy. Often, this reflects a nervous system under strain.
My work is to create a calm, structured, and attentive space where the body can finally slow down and begin to respond differently. When a sense of safety is present, it allows for deeper and more sustainable change to take place.
If you feel that you need a space where you can slow down, be heard, and work more deeply with what you are experiencing, I would be very glad to guide you through this process.
Thank you for being here and for considering taking care of yourself.
